our semi contact sparring series called the ikf-pkb (point kickboxing) started by johnny davis 25 years ago is the incubator program our sport needs.
the ikf-pkb now holds over 200 tournaments a year, throughout 10 states, and over 12 events in the st. louis area alone!

Before the ikf-pkb, there was no way for our youth and new to the sport athletes to compete in a safe environment to build their skills!
